Hey Friend! I wish I had hours upon hours to sit down with you, get some coffee, & just chat it up. I believe that there’s so much you hold inside of you, everything that makes you human yet powerful. You are worth knowing. But more importantly you are worthy of knowing yourself.     Natural childbirth is possible. This episode gives you the tools to strengthen your mind for childbirth. Practice this before labor. And sink into it when you start to feel pain.
