    MM1.EP4: Natural Childbirth

    Natural childbirth is possible. This episode gives you the tools to strengthen your mind for childbirth. Practice this before labor. And sink into it when you start to feel pain. Contractions come and go like waves that come up to touch your feet then goes back into the vast ocean. You may suffer for a little while but your reward will be great.  Good luck mommas!     It is no fun to experience complications in pregnancy or birth. New diagnosis. Risks. Emergency c-section. NICU stays. These surprises are scary, shocking, and sometimes lead to self shame.
