    Join us for a delightful and creative journey in this special MindGem episode, "Family Draw-Along: Creating a Happy Little Landscape."  Gather your family and your favourite drawing tools: paper, pencils, pens, crayons or your magical creating stick as we go on a step-by-step adventure to craft a unique and colourful landscape. This episode is all about fun, creativity, and connection. As we draw, we'll also practice gratitude by sharing "3 Gems” the best moments from our day. Whether it's a big event, a tiny laugh, or a simple pleasure, every good thing counts! Looking for GEMs in our life trains our brain to look for more goodness & appreciate the special moments that we may have missed while listening to our brains focus on what didn’t go well (thanks negativity bias!). Recorded outside in the soothing sounds of nature, in Gems garden, this session offers a perfect opportunity to give your brain a break, get creative, and bond with your loved ones.  No artistic skills are required! Just an open mind and a willingness to enjoy the process. Tune in, relax, and let your imagination lead the way as we create a happy little world together.     A Candy Land Adventure - A fun & energising movement MindGem

    Welcome to our first MindGem! We’re so happy you’re here.  Join us on a magical journey to the vibrant kingdom of Candyland where Queen Zoe transforms challenges into fun-filled adventures!  In this energetic episode, kids (and maybe their grown ups 😉) will march, stomp and twirl their way through a colourful parade boosting their mood and energy whilst releasing any grumpiness or irritability from their day.  With imaginative exercises and positive mind input (like affirmations), this MindGem is perfect for increasing energy and creativity.  Get ready to move laugh and shine in this sweet and fun adventure.  A special thanks to my middle daughter Zoe, age 6, who designed this MindGem adventure in Candyland and put in a special request to have it uploaded first.    Enjoy! 💎🥰  X Gem & family  P.S.
