    Ready for Dreaming is your special journey to a peaceful night's sleep!  Join Coach Gem, all the way from New Zealand, as she guides you through a Yoga Nidra-style relaxation, helping you release the day's worries and quiet your mind.  This episode is all about closing those mental tabs and letting your body and mind feel safe to drift off into dreamland, which includes: 💎 a magical wish to help set a relaxing intention & mind focus ready for sleep 💎 a full body scan, that you do in your mind,  with a special light that gently relaxes your whole body 💎 a magical forest walk heaping relax further & create safety in your mind so sleep can naturally come Note for Parents to share with Kids: While listening, simply follow along with Gem’s voice in your mind, there’s no need to point to body parts. Feel free to move if you need to, but it's best enjoyed lying completely still. This powerful practice helps your brain feel like everything's completed, making it easier to fall asleep.  A warning for grownups - if you lie with your kids while they do this, you might just fall asleep too! 🤣 Note from Gem: As a mum who survived (& still with a 3 year old that likes frequent reassurance in the night) the young kid phase with two frequent wakers, I've used this technique for years to relax and heal sleep deficits.     Join us for a delightful and creative journey in this special MindGem episode, "Family Draw-Along: Creating a Happy Little Landscape."  Gather your family and your favourite drawing tools: paper, pencils, pens, crayons or your magical creating stick as we go on a step-by-step adventure to craft a unique and colourful landscape. This episode is all about fun, creativity, and connection. As we draw, we'll also practice gratitude by sharing "3 Gems” the best moments from our day. Whether it's a big event, a tiny laugh, or a simple pleasure, every good thing counts! Looking for GEMs in our life trains our brain to look for more goodness & appreciate the special moments that we may have missed while listening to our brains focus on what didn’t go well (thanks negativity bias!). Recorded outside in the soothing sounds of nature, in Gems garden, this session offers a perfect opportunity to give your brain a break, get creative, and bond with your loved ones.  No artistic skills are required! Just an open mind and a willingness to enjoy the process. Tune in, relax, and let your imagination lead the way as we create a happy little world together.     A Candy Land Adventure - A fun & energising movement MindGem

    Welcome to our first MindGem!
