    M&R Episode 277: American, Frank Eastham is moving his family to Russia to start a new life.

    In Episode 277, I spoke with Frank Eastham. Frank is an American who is moving his wife and three children to Russia for a new start. He owns his own software company and is looking to level up multiple aspects of his business and life.     M&R Episode 276: Australian professional surfer Brenden "Margo" Margieson gets a second chance at pro surfing at 52.

    In Episode 276 I sat down with Benden “MARGO” Margieson. His surfing career spanned through the late 80s and into the early 2000s with a style that was easy on the eyes and uniquely his own. He was one of he first “free surfers” to get paid just to surf and get photos. The original influences. However, when his surfing career ended and the office job began, he sank into a deep depression. In this episode, we talk about all the good, the bad and the ugly years and how now at 52 he is back where he belongs, in the ocean getting paid to be a free surfer. Enjoy!     M&R Episode 272: Finding freedom through fear and a new life in Mexico with Keely Stawicki.

    In Episode 272 I spoke with Keely Stawichi. Keely had reached her goal at the age of 30. She had a successful vintage consignment shop in a piece of commercial real estate she owned. However, by 2020 when COVID hit the stress of life became unbearable and her health took a turn for the worse. She chose to take a trip to Zihuatanejo Mexico for a reboot.
