    Thanks to the passage of Proposition D, the municipal primary and general elections in the City of St. Louis are going to look different starting this year.     Episode 1: Cara Spencer Mayoral Candidate, City of St. Louis 2021 Mayoral Candidate Election

    Cara Spencer has been alderman of the 20th Ward since 2015, having most recently won re-election in 2019 with 70% of the vote. The 20th Ward consists of portions of Dutchtown, Marine Villa, and Gravois Park -- one of the most diverse wards in the City of St. Louis. She has announced her intention to run for Mayor in the upcoming 2021 election and has received the pre-requisite signatures to solidify her candidacy.
