How to Manifest While Depressed
Experiencing depression and anxiety can be really difficult. To make things worse, most of us logically understand how these episodes can shape our lives in ways we did not intend. When I began to experience depressive states and anxiety as a result of my ADHD, I was discouraged by all of the “high vibe” and “positive emotions only” posts I found surrounding manifestation. Manifestation questions? You’ve got the jackpot
Highly recommend if you want to know about manifestation. There are a lot of “influencers” out there talking about money mindset, law of attraction, etc However, it’s rare to find comprehensive information about Universal laws and how to use manifestation to improve your life in a balanced, grounded way. Bre talks about the woo in a very practical way, and explains these esoteric concepts so you can truly apply them in your life (or see where you haven’t been applying them😁).
This podcast is full of gems and wisdom — Bre is an authentic spiritual teacher/guru, while remaining totally humble and relatable.
