    Making Sense of Self-Sabotage

KL Diamond ,

Small, manageable chunks

I love the fact that Daisy and Terri give ideas/tasks that are helpful. Part of the reason they are for me is that the implementation of the suggestions are not overwhelming. I think this is really important for people who are struggling with depression/anxiety etc. Great job! Looking forward to the next episode!
