Daisy and Terri, thank you so much for this episode, it really speaks to me. Terri, I especially appreciate you finding so many good reads for us/me. I need to hear more of The struggles we have with cravings and our relationship with food. It reminds me also of a podcast you did on the fasting method episode 135. you can’t fix your relationship with food until you fix you relationship with food. would love to hear more of this step-by-step, dealing with a craving head on, in the moment.

I have established new habits, explored new ideas, faced some fears, and shared with friends and family. They do all of the prep work of finding great information and making it digestible. I highly recommend making them a part of your weekly listening menu.
