    From self reflection, I have started to see that I am becoming a businessman. To be a business, it takes some inner skills but also, there's a need to develop and learn. I just began a side hustle and it is that energy that has shown me that I'm moving to the space of becoming a businessman. I have always had this trait inside of me but I didn't harness it.     It is important to start accepting people as they are. A lot of times, we want to change people or make them be the way we want, but, we often forget that we are not their creator and they have many good and bad parts regarding them. However, that is not enough reason for them to remain as they are and not want to improve aspects of them that requires improving.

    Trust is a big thing and it is something that cannot be rushed. Also, once the trust is broken, it is very hard for the trust to be fixed back. I had a conversation with a friend of mine regarding trust and she made something clear to me. What she said triggered my mind. She asked the simple question of "how did you build the trust with me?" That question was enough to make me wonder the answer to the question. She also made it clear that to build trust, it requires time and patience. From doing this audio, I realise that trust is not just a mere saying but it is something that needs to be building. If the foundation of trust is lot, then, everything else is lost.,
