    Riley and Derek begin the show discussing the flu bug going around and Riley actually showing up to mens league last week. Diving into some hockey talk they discuss the Philadelphia Flyers trading Joel Farabee and Morgan Frost to the Calgary Flames for Andrei Kuzmenko, Jakob Pelletier, and draft picks. Ryan Pinder from FlamesNation joined us for an interview! Ryan gives us his perspective on the Flyers/Flames trade, insight on Andrei Kuzmenko and Jakob Pelletier, and his thoughts on Farabee and Frost so far. Before he leaves us, Ryan also talks to us about Dustin Wolf, and if he thinks the Flames make any more trades before the deadline.
