About Robin:
I am a mom and wife first and foremost. My life in ministry has drastically changed over the last year from worship, student ministries, women’s ministry, prayer teams, and more filling my time to funneling my time into prayer ministry and focusing on my home and personal health for a season. I spend my time in my home as a mom of adult children spreading their wings and running my small, travel business. I’ve been blessed and honored to be a part of Neue Thing’s prayer team. It’s been equally challenging and rewarding as God unfolds this next chapter.

As we cover a few of the names of God with the letter “E” this week, we’re reminded of so many foundational truths of our God.
Because God is Elohim, He has complete authority and sovereignty. We are secure. Because God is Ever-present, we can rest in His presence at all times. And this begs the question–When we find ourselves in trouble, who or what are we looking for to help? Turn to God first, and turn to God most, friends.

She has only been in Arizona just over a year and is already making her mark as she seeks to encourage and embolden women to actively pursue all God has for them. ABOUT THE EPISODE
“Faith itself is a gift of God.” The most important question that will ever be asked of you is: Who do you say Jesus is? In Matthew 16:15-16, Jesus is asking this question of His disciples. Peter was given the gift of faith to respond with a bold declaration that Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah, the Promised One.
Jesus is Comforter. While He rules and reigns from a seated position over the Universe–He’s not pacing and rising from His seat–there is one thing that makes Him rise, and it’s your pain. He draws near to you in your pain and suffering. Psalm 34:18 says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” And this comfort serves a purpose. With the same comfort we receive from God, we are able to comfort others. Our suffering is never in vain. It’s purposeful in Christ.
