Andrew’s approach to life and business is extremely attractive. He inspired my wife and I to acquire our first business last year. He brings great insight along with his guests!

Decent Podcast

Been following the MFM crew for years. I got irked by the Shepherd episode.

I've been a software engineer for 15+ years and have never at any company seen even mediocre quality work from India or South America. One F500 I did work for has been un-doing the work they initially tried to save on for 6 years.

Maybe Shepherd has a better talent pool, but so many projects require having deep insider knowledge of the business that you won't get from a hired gun.

Sure, the "talent" is cheap. I do hire VA's for non technical work, to be clear.
