Amazing

I’m a huge overthinker and although I knew I was I didn’t really know how to control it. These 8 points listed where helpful because 1) it gave me a list of things I can employ and it’s great because if one doesn’t work for the type of thing I am overthinking I can use another strategy. 2) although I was doing some of them I wasn’t doing them with full consciousness so they weren’t as effective. Now understanding their purpose I am able to use them more effectively. This has reduced my anxiety by so much!!!
