The Best 15-30 Minutes of My Morning

Such a wonderful podcast to listen to as you get ready in the morning as it literally does put you in the right mindset. Most episodes are short and to the point so you get exactly what you’re coming for. Would highly recommend especially if you don’t have a lot of down time in your day.

Case Kenny is an energy poppin' negativity stoppin', knowledge droppin' bro.
This is my favorite podcast to play when I am feeling bummed out or the universe has given me a swift kick in the butt. It got me through some hard times back in 2018; and it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE! (or at least make you feel better (or at least make you laugh. (Point being - it is worth at least a listen. )))
Sometimes you just need a quick and easy pep talk and less of a dense Ted Talk/dissertation with facts and heavily researched experiments with a list of 15 things you should remember to be happy.
I like the format of the show in that it's a simple but powerful thought/takeaway per episode sprinkled in with humor, good energy/vibes, and that catchy intro beat.
