YOU DO", which is all about helping you create the life of your dreams.

Mastin Kipp: ...that to get to the next level, you need to allow in support

Get ready for one of our favorite episodes ever with Mastin Kipp, a best-selling author, speaker, and creator of Functional Life Coaching, a personal development company for people who are seeking rapid transformation in their lives. Through his seminars, books, and retreats, he has helped more than 100 million people worldwide. Oprah Winfrey calls him, “a thought leader of the next generation of spiritual thinkers.” He's a firm believer that the only thing stopping people from success is their unresolved emotional traumas. In this conversation, we talk about topics that just about anyone can relate to: how to make sense of senseless tragedies, how crisis can lead to opportunity if we find meaning in it, productive ways to deal with anger, resentment, and regret, the importance of changing habits, and so much more.
Mastin’s latest book is called, Claim Your Power: A 40-Day Journey to Dissolve the Hidden Blocks that Keep You Stuck and Finally Thrive in Your Life’s Unique Purpose. You can learn more about him at http://www.mastinkipp.com.

Great energy, and conversations are always on point!

NTM is a favorite of mine- the conversations are always interesting, with a diverse spectrum of guests. I love the energy and interplay between the 2 hosts- mother, daughter, millennial and baby boomer - they represent a great cross section of ideas and values. One of my favorite podcasts while on the treadmill.

Poor audio quality

The shows would be easier to listen to if the audio didn’t sound so muffled like I’m listening to a radio that isn’t tuned :( perhaps this is just the earlier episodes?

Conehead850 ,

I love the concept

I love the show hosts and the topics are always refreshing and relevant to the times. With many millennials and young adults feeling unsure career wise, it reassuring to know that there is sound trusted advice that is timely to help them trust their inner voice.
