Nobody's Listening, Right?

Long time listener, I look forward/ can’t wait for the weekly episode!! I love your Midwest nice style - and also Elizabeth / I’m a fellow Moms Demand vol here! Here’s the story I was told about why pineapples were placed on the doorstep long ago - I was told this was on a tour in Charleston, South Cacalacky. Legend has it, the wife would place a pineapple (which was a gift from her returning husband sailor who had been away at sea) to “tell” her other suitors that her husband was now back home. So perhaps this is how the upside down pineapple has come to indicate “the lifestyle”. 🤷‍♀️

After listening to Elizabeth on Garbage World where I found her to be funny and delightful, I made my way to this podcast. I’m smitten! The charming duo make me laugh and give me strength as I commute to and from a job I don’t like. Now I am enjoying going through the archives. I wish I would have found them sooner. Thanks guys!
