The Road to Running Success!

I've run and off for many of my 60 years. Distance has always been a challenge. I did a Couch to 5K program a few years back, but found it difficult. Last year, I found None to Run. The program is so adaptable and easy to use. I loved the audio podcasts to keep me on track. I completed the program and was able to run for 30 minutes straight. Building on that success has allowed me to continue to increase my running time - gradually and without injury. This program will work for anyone if they follow the advice that comes with it. Also, the Facebook group is AWESOME!
