Ep 231. An Oldie But a Goodie: The Scarcity Trap

In this episode Kelli and Erica talk about how focusing on what we're lacking in life, whether that's "things" like money or internal needs like love, security, confidence, or peace (needs anxiety often robs us of), can cause us to make impulsive decisions and choices that further perpetuate this feeling of scarcity. Exhale and listen

Just listening to this show brings my anxiety down. I feel totally understood- but mostly just grateful there's a place to dive into the really hard to talk about parts of dealing with anxiety day in and day out.

Thanks to this pandemic, I went down the rabbit hole a couple times. Kelli and Erica, you’re words, wisdom, and laughter helped me so much! You’ve both given me hope to a better life. We can do hard things!

I’ve listened to every episode at least 3 times! This is my favorite podcast! So useful and comforting. Kelly and Erica fill the episodes with humor, understanding and mental health facts.
