    Ep 251. "Woke" Worrying!

Join Kelli and Erica as they chat about "woke" worrying. Is "woke" worrying a legitimate term? Probably not, we're pretty sure we made it up in this episode. But, evolutionary biology has predisposed us to worry, as a means for survival. All humans worry, and while some of us have honed this skill more than others (your co-hosts included), we can bring some awareness, intention, and deliberateness (aka woke-ness) to worrying to take the edge off the struggle.

Comforting and eye-opening

I heard about this podcast from my partner. I listened to a couple episodes that were recommended and ended up loving it so much that I wanted to start from the beginning. I listen to this on my lunchtime walks and find myself laughing and relating to so much of what they say, it truly has been my saving grace during such emotional times. It has been such a joy to listen and I look forward to listening to all the episodes and being up-to-date eventually. I am so thankful for these two ladies for putting out a podcast that is educational, funny, eye-opening, and provides so much comfort and balance. Highly recommended!

Good to be back listening.

Best of the Best !

I’ve found this podcast better than any pill or therapy . These two ladies know exactly what you’re thinking and feeling . They add comedy to such a debilitating issue . They make me feel safe and not alone . I literally love these two women ❤️The carefully speak of debilitating symptoms without adding fear or judgment . By far the best podcast on this subject . I’ve listened to 30+, just stick with this one .
