The Better Side ,

Gets Me Through The Wave

I think this is a great show. I really enjoy that it’s not super heavy, but you still get to hear how beneficial not drinking has been for people that were drinking relatively heavy. Personally I’m working on a life change, which strongly has to do with my relationship to alcohol. So as I go through this journey and I do have those strong thoughts or feelings of grabbing that bottle out of my cabinet, I’ve turned on the show and it’s gotten me through to the other side of the wave. Thanks for helping me, and I’m sure a lot of others, hear the positive of not drinking and offering another solution.
