The best! One suggestion….

I love your podcast! Thanks for great improvement on podcast, now you speak clearly in the podcast and I can understand you. Thanks also for link to transcripts. If I could have one more suggestion, I would suggest you talk the data in an easily understandable language for layman, you could explain it like a story instead like scientific terms or numbers. Also have a summary of the findings in easily understandable language is helpful for majority of the audience. The language you use is like scientific paper, a bit difficult to follow and digest if I was doing chores or exercising. Thanks for great work you do! ❤️❤️

Excellent information

I find Dr Greger’s informative podcasts to be so helpful in my journey into WFPB living. He presents with a dry wit and often makes me laugh with his plays on words. These podcasts have spurred me on to a much healthier way of eating and living. Thank you for your work, Dr G.

Amazing Resource

Dr. Greger and his team extensively peruse scientific literature on nutrition. I rely heavily on his podcasts and his organization’s site, and have been following his sound and trustworthy advice for years. His knowledge of nutrition is unsurpassed. I could go on, but my oatmeal, topped with blueberries and sprinkled with cocoa powder, is ready.
