    CM Punk or Sami Zayn For KOTR? Are We Looking At The Tournament ALL WRONG!?| TNT #151

    The King of the Ring this year is either Oba Femi's to win, or Jey Uso's to ruin, and if Triple H is smart, he goes with Oba Femi.  As we near Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, Triple H has a very important decision to make. Stick with the Bloodline slop heading into SummerSlam, or literally go all the way with Oba Femi as World Heavyweight Champion. Who will Oba Femi's opponent be in the finals of the King of the Ring, and where does Brock Lesnar fit into all of this? Also, CM Punk, who may or may not be King of the ring after all is said and done, is on his way back to WWE "soon"...but not before vicious rumors hit calling CM Punk a steroid user, and claimed he is upset at WWE for various reasons. Where is CM Punk, and were there any validity to these "rumors", and with the rumors of him heading to SmackDown, how do we get him to Friday nights, and make sense of it? AEW Dynamite drops the ball once again heading into Forbidden Door with a horrible Dynamite this past Wednesday. Sami Zayn is the Special Guest Referee for the WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes, and Gunther on Friday Night SmackDown this week. Jack Perry is set to become a free agent. Tessa Blanchard walks away from TNA and requested her release. Liv Morgan's stalker found "not guilty" by reason of "insanity".     Oba Femi advances to the Finals, and the worry of Jey Uso winning the entire King of the Ring tournament is getting worse, and worse as we head into Night of Champions. Oba Femi took care of Dominik Mysterio tonight to advance to the finals of the King of the Ring Tournament but who will he meet? Jey Uso, or Je'Von Evans? Where does Brock Lesnar fit in after Oba Femi called him out now three weeks in a row? The Bloodline take out Comedian Eric Andre in a VERY weird open to WWE Raw that made absolutely no sense to anything moving forward. Also, IYO SKY advances to the finals of the Queen of the Ring to meet either Charlotte or Liv Morgan.     When you think Summer Blockbuster, you think Jurassic Park. When you think Summer Blockbuster FLOP, you think AEW Dynamite. This was one of the worst wrestling shows in 2026.  Swerve Strickland advances past Brody King in the Men's Owen Hart Cup, and will now meet Will Ospreay in the Finals at Forbidden Door. On the Women's side, it's been so ravaged by injury, that Maya World has advanced to the Semi-Finals, and will now meet Athena.     The King, and Queen of the ring are a hot topic right now, with some big names already eliminated but does it all make sense heading into SummerSlam? Seth Rollins, and Bron Breakker were both odds on favorites to meet in the finals, and have both been eliminated this past week. With Jey Uso, Oba Femi, and LA Knight still remaining, who walks away with the crown, and will Brock Lesnar have anything to say about Oba Femi's chances at being King of the Ring?  On the Women's side, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez find themselves in the semi-finals on opposite ends of the Queen of the Ring bit is there too much Judgement Day in a Tournament that should be reserved for "the future" of WWE? Also, Mercedes Mone returned on AEW Dynamite this past week with less than receptive fanfare. Was it the right move to bring her back one week following a HOT AEW Double or Nothing?
