    On Getting Stuck Doing It All Yourself

    For this final episode of 2025, I tuned in to ask the question - what might be standing in the way of your goals for the upcoming year? And this is what I got - the tendency to get stuck in trying to figure it all out on your own and a lack of openness required to bring in support. It all comes down to trust. Many of us don't trust that we will be accepted by others when our vulnerabilities are on display. We keep a protective barrier up to avoid judgement, but in doing so we also avoid receiving support. If you are an artist, a creative, or an entrepreneur with a vision to grow your work in a big way next year, then this episode serves as an exploration into what may need to be faced to so do. I've explored here the factors that drive our behaviors of hyper-independence, and offer a somatic practice to support you in shifting these patterns. May it provide you what you need to bring down your guard and attract in some support.
