    I denne episode af One Thirty Biohacks dykker vi ned i den kvindelige cyklus og betydningen af at leve cyklisk. Ayoe Ramati forklarer, hvorfor det er vigtigt at forstå sin cyklus, og hvordan det kan forbedre ens livskvalitet og relationer, når både kvinder og deres omgivelser forstår og planlægger ud fra cyklussen. 
    Kvinder påvirkes af hormoner på en anden måde end mænd, men mange er ikke klar over den reelle betydning af dette. Ved at forstå, hvordan vi positivt kan navigere ud fra vores cyklus, kan vi vende hvad mange har opfattet som en ulempe til en fordel.
    Ayoe Ramati er en pioner indenfor kvinders cyklus og dens positive indvirkning på livskvalitet, arbejdsindsats og relationer. Hun har dedikeret det sidste årti til cyklisk arbejde, som hun mener er grundlæggende viden for alle – ikke kun for personer med en livmoder. Hun arbejder aktivt for at integrere denne viden i virksomheder og på politisk plan. Ayoe afholder retreats om emnet og er stifter af CyklusformidlerUddannelsen, hvor hun uddanner folk til at udbrede cyklisk arbejde i samfundet. Hun er en aktiv stemme i debatten og har medvirket i mange podcasts, herunder hendes egen podcast “Om lidt blir’ her stille” sammen med Stine Buje.
