The comparison game podcast!

It was awesome! I mean I sure you could have made it longer but for me it was perfect because I just needed to hear something during my commute time and When they are too long I have that I have to stop listening and then I get busy and never get back to it!!

Basic Psychology

I listened to the episode on mental illness and wish I hadn’t. The takeaways were:

-Everybody gets depressed and anxious.
-A positive attitude can fix Mental Illness.
-Mental illness grows from bad attitudes.
-Do this 30-day program.

So, like, if you have a mental illness, maybe it is ... your fault. Hey, this guy has been around firefighters. He is certain that he knows what he’s talking about.

Everyone gets sad and scared. Not everyone experiences depression or anxiety. The suggestions given might be helpful for someone in a slump. But, since he spoke of mental illness rather ignorantly, I chose to unsubscribe.
