You won't have the systems and infrastructure in place to weather the storms and maintain your success. Build and grow on a strong foundation and you will be in an infinitely better and less stressful place. (00:31)

If you want to move something specific in your practice, talk about it in the exam room to every patient for a month and then see where you're at. You will be amazed! (17:51)

I have a list of 7 things that I believe are NOT going to change in the next 10 years and will be building my practice around those.
In office talk, I have implemented one-on-one meetings with my managers and it has been a game-changer! We are staying on task and things are getting put into practice, tracked, and improved at an incredible rate compared to where we were. New systems are getting put in place and we are becoming more efficient every day.

Immensely helpful
I started listening to this podcast summer of 2022 after an old classmate sent me an episode. I have since gone back and listened to every one. During every episode I find my self writing down one or two thanks that I want to implement the next week in my cold start practice. Most other content that I have found elsewhere is either not entirely specific to where I am an in my cold start journey, or filled with industry marketing. Dr. Lillie tells it like it is, and my practice and team is much better for it. Thanks!
