    Iran, Somali Cash, and Moar!

    IRAN BURNING and couriers hauling suitcases full of US dollars to Mogadishu dominated headlines this week. It’s been reported that as many as 20,000 Iranians have been killed by the regime there, although it’s impossible to get good information from Iran. The ayatollahs have imposed an Internet blackout that may last through March.  Meanwhile, the Somali scandal keeps getting bigger. It was revealed this week that as much as $700 million has been carried out of the country in suitcases over the last two years. The scope of the operation means this isn’t limited to the Somali community in Minneapolis but probably is spread over five to eight states.  What’s infuriating about this emerging scandal is that it’s been an open secret in Minnesota for the last ten years, but it wasn’t until YouTuber Nick Shirley posted a video about this two weeks ago the government sat up and took notice—despite these cash flows being reported by investigators for the Joint Terrorism Task Force in 2017.     Clash of Cultures

    TERRORISTS SHOT and killed 15 people in Australia last weekend. Contrary to the media narrative, this is another example of the long conflict between Islam and the world. The history of Islam’s relations with non-Muslims over the last 1,400 years is violent. Unlike most other religions, the rewards promised to Muslims are carnal—physical pleasures, in this world or the next. Also: Steven Spielberg’s forthcoming film Disclosure Day brings the idea of “first contact” with ETIs back to the forefront of pop culture. From a Christian perspective, humans have been visited by non-human entities for millennia, and first contact took place in Eden.     Spontaneous Wreath Combustion

    PORTSMOUTH, ENGLAND has banned Christmas wreaths on the doors of council flats because they are allegedly a fire hazard—but they’re OK inside the apartments. What?! The real reason is the secular city council doesn’t want to see symbols of the season where Christians celebrate the birth of Christ.  Similarly, the leader of the largest far-left party in France, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, said this week, “Christianity is patriarchal, and women have to cover up and submit to men. In Islam, women submit to God only, therefore, their veil represents freedom and dignity.” It’s obvious M. Mélenchon has never read the Quran or the Bible. But that’s the direction government is going. In Canada, government is on the verge of criminalizing portions of the Bible, Quran, and Torah as hate speech as the religious exemption from hate-speech laws.     Vaccines and the Mark

    The World Health Organization in October published a document promoting a global ID to track your vaccination status from birth. This proposal, which is funded by the Gates Foundation, is another of the WHO’s efforts to become the de facto global government. The ID they want to impose on us would give it the power to use vaccination status as a qualifier for travel, education, and government services. We also discuss the US government’s bold stance acknowledging that unrestricted immigration, which is coming primarily from Muslim nations, poses an existential threat to the West. This is obvious to anyone who’s read world history going back to the 7th century, but most people haven’t.     Demonic Hunters, Human Prey

    A ROMAN PLAYWRIGHT named Plautus wrote, “Man is a wolf to man.” He wasn’t wrong, but he didn’t see the spiritual forces behind the humans who prey on others. This week, we discuss the abduction of more than 200 students and teachers Friday from a Catholic school in Nigeria, just a few days after 25 schoolgirls were abducted at another Nigerian school. These are just the latest incidents in a long series of attacks against Christian communities by Muslims in Nigeria. We also learned this week that the largest source of funding for the Somali Islamist militant group Al-Shabaab is the Minnesota taxpayer. According to the U.S. Attorney for Minnesota, fraudulent schemes by Minnesota’s Somali immigrant community have funneled hundreds of millions of dollars in state and federal Medicaid funds to the Al Qaeda-linked terrorist group. This is what happens when a tribal culture meets a liberal Western political system guided by suicidal empathy.  We also discuss another story that’s come to light after thirty years: “Sniper tourism,” where, during the 1993–96 siege of Sarajevo, Bosnia, wealthy Westerners allegedly paid Serbian militia units between $75,000 and $100,000 to spend a weekend targeting unarmed civilians.
