    Reena Vokoun, Founder and CEO of Passion Fit, is a best-selling and award-winning author, TEDx speaker, media spokesperson and certified health coach, group fitness professional, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition and behavior change specialist and employee wellbeing and professional strengths-based coach through the American Council on Exercise, Athletics and Fitness Association of America and Gallup. She's also an award-winning ESPN fitness championships competitor, personal and professional development coach and consultant and marketer.
    Reena graduated with a BBA in marketing and management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in advertising and communications from Boston University. She spent years in digital marketing, sales and business development leadership roles for Google, Yahoo, Reebok, CNET, GE and Grokker.
    Today, she serves companies, nonprofits, universities, schools and the media through Passion Fit products, services and content focused on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, productivity and work-life balance.

    She’s on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Alumni Board for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Alumni Council for Boston University and has been a Women in Management Facilitator for Stanford University. She was also nominated to be a candidate for Woman of the Year Silicon Valley, where she fundraised for blood cancer research for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Essential Resource for Health

This podcast provides practical, thorough yet understandable resources to help you on your health journey. Paige dives into topics and will help you to rethink what you’ve always been told.

Highly Recommended and Refreshing

There are many podcasts covering the concept of wellness and the attendant subjects/topics which comprise its philosophy. In my opinion, this recent entry into the wellness sphere is very good and offers considerable promise for future episodes. The host is personable and informative, covering a wide spectrum of approaches which include dietary, mental health, exercise and more. There is also a refreshing emphasis on individual needs rather than the more didactic “one size fits all” way of thinking which can sometimes be found with purveyors of wellness lifestyles. I’m definitely looking forward to listening to more episodes in the future.

Just an update…I was a fan from the start but I have to comment about the scope and range of content. This is so far from a one dimensional wellness podcast…Paige has cast a much wider net into behavior, attitude and other areas usually not covered. With this type of expansive overview and attitude, it makes what was already a very good podcast even better. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic, informative content!🤓

Paige delivers fantastic, informative content in a very manageable, relatable way. I have gotten so much out of her podcast. Not only that, but her relatable story of her own experience with disordered eating in which she processes her own mindset shift and how she got to where she is now so eloquently made me reevaluate my own relationship with food (which isn’t great, but I’m working on it). I have definitely started to look forward to this podcast and the information Paige presents. She also has a great voice for podcasting! ☺️
