208: Biblical and Theological Conversation on Sexuality with Justin Burge Pt. 3
Welcome to our newest episode of Parenting Q's! Thanks again for listening as we continue to talk all about "The Talk" with guest Justin Burge. Your student is looking to you to learn about the compelling sexual ethic that God has for our lives as Christians. In episodes 203 and 207, we talked with Justin about sexuality and the purity culture as well as his experience with his dad who was a great model for parenting through these teen years. Justin is a former youth pastor and a current director of college ministry in Wisconsin.
Seeing sexual struggles and brokenness in our younger generation has compelled the both of us to offer up a few conversations as it relates to sexuality and "The Talk." Let me know what you think and what questions you may have that we can talk more about in future episodes! Today we are doing a second part of the conversation, which is all about Justin’s experience with his dad who positively led him throughout adolescence and into adulthood.

203: "The Talk" with special guest Justin Burge pt. 1
Welcome to our third episode of a new season of Parenting Q's! Thanks again for listening as we talk all about "The Talk" with guest Justin Burge. We often think of this topic as awkward, taboo, and something we all should dread, but in reality it should be something we take great care to do with excellence, authority, and passion because your student is looking to you to learn about the compelling sexual ethic that God has for our lives as Christians. Justin is a former youth pastor and a current director of college ministry in Wisconsin. Seeing sexual struggles and brokenness in our younger generation has compelled the both of us to offer up a few conversations as it relates to sexuality and "The Talk." Customer Reviews
Engaging and encouraging
Great platform for dialogues and conversations that matter most with raising and mentoring Gen Zers.
Father and Teacher
As a parent of 20 somethings and a teacher of teens, I see this as helpful to understanding the differences of these 2 groups of young people. Understanding the impact of technology alone is a major factor. I appreciate Pastor Ryan’s inclusion of Biblical principles without excluding those not in the Faith community.
Seek to Understand
A great podcast for anyone who loves and lives with Gen Z but might struggle to fully understand them! Youth leaders, teachers, coaches, ministry coordinators, college staff...and yes, parents...can really benefit from the takeaways in this podcast!
