In this first installment, we focus on building inner safety and self-trust as Base Camp—the internal place you can return to when life feels overwhelming, triggering, or uncertain. This episode explores what safety actually means in the body, why self-trust can feel difficult for those with trauma histories, and how learning to stay with yourself becomes the foundation for all healing work. You’ll also be guided through a gentle, trauma-informed practice to help your nervous system settle and orient toward safety.
