    In episode two of the guided not carried series, we have special guest, Felicia of Blissful Balance Yoga, a Nidra yoga practitioner, who also specializes in somatic therapeutic practices.     This episode begins the I Won’t Hold Your Hand series—a once-a-month guided healing journey designed to support nervous system safety, self-trust, and emotional intelligence throughout the year. In this first installment, we focus on building inner safety and self-trust as Base Camp—the internal place you can return to when life feels overwhelming, triggering, or uncertain. This episode explores what safety actually means in the body, why self-trust can feel difficult for those with trauma histories, and how learning to stay with yourself becomes the foundation for all healing work. You’ll also be guided through a gentle, trauma-informed practice to help your nervous system settle and orient toward safety. We get deep into the weeds of what we learned about dating and relationships through our childhood experiences and how that's showing up for us in adulthood and what we're doing to work through and heal those unhealthy attachments. The process of unlearning behaviors from relationships that no longer serves us. This is only part one of this wonderful step into healing and relationships.
