Jon, u and I go way back as Patriots fans — and we know what is worse than irrelevance — how many toilet bowels have we watched (or listened to because our team was blacked out)? The dynasty had to end at some point — BB just isn’t letting it end with a series of 3-14 seasons (like the rest of the recently revived afc east did over the last 2 decades). A new coach doesn’t promise us anything other than a dismantling of the team and a very uncertain future. Might as well let BB try to rebuild and see where it goes and allow him to set the win record as the Patriots coach — he has earned it in spades. And for those “it was all Brady” types like the the truck driver with the penchant for playing GM and drafting WRs with 6 of 7 draft picks every year — please wake up. Three of the SBs were defense led — Brady contributed for sure, but the defense led. And that’s not saying anything about the two SB losses to the Giants, where the defense gave up 17 & 21pts respectively. So if it was always all Brady, then these 2 brutal losses should go on him exclusively right? This argument is as stupid and shortsighted as the “it was all Brady” position. And I say this as both a Bostonian and Michigan alum who is predisposed to root for Brady (at least while he is wearing a UMichigan or Patriots jersey)… Anyway, thx for the show and the guests u bring on — much appreciated… PS: Place me among the crowd that would not hand Lamar Jackson $200-250M guaranteed given his play-style, injury history & playoff record — just because the Browns were stupid doesn’t mean the Patriots or other teams have to follow…
Don’t waste your time
Someone put grandpa to bed. Completely unlistenable
Patriots Podcast of the “ B “ rated stature
Johnny; Please just eat your beans and LEAVE YOUR PORK ALONE ! Your knowledge of Patriots Football is scant at best ! Clearly evident by your 4.6 ratings !
