    141. Plot Twist: Play Bigger, Feel Easy

Hello! Hello! On today we’re doing a full-on plot twist. For years I’ve been calling out the “just let it be easy” advice—and while I still stand by most of that... today I’m here to show you what it really looks like to play a bigger game while making it feel lighter and more natural. Not by avoiding work. Not by cutting corners. But by working with your brain, not against your nervous system—and regulating as you rise. Why You Should Listen to This Episode:You’ll learn the #1 reason your next level still feels hard, even though you’re doing everything “right.”I’ll walk you through why self-awareness alone isn’t enough anymore, and what to focus on instead. You’ll understand how unprocessed fear, perfectionism, and overthinking are slowing you down more than any strategy ever could.I’ll guide you through a simple but powerful breathwork technique to help your body feel safe enough to succeed.I’ll tell you exactly how high performers create consistent embodiment that makes success feel natural—not forced. If you’re tired of the hustle, the burnout, and the pressure to perform, but you still want to play bigger, this is your episode. Hello! Hello! This is Rachel Luna, and today, we’re talking about something that might surprise you—how your self-awareness might actually be keeping you stuck. If you’ve read all the self-help books, done the journaling, visualized your future, repeated the affirmations, and still feel like you should be further along… this episode is for you. I’m breaking down the missing piece that most high achievers overlook and how to shift from just knowing what’s wrong to actually moving past it. Why You Should Listen to This Episode:Self-awareness is just the first step. Here’s why so many people stay stuck even after identifying their blocks. You might be using faith as a crutch instead of an activator. Let’s talk about the difference between trusting God and trusting yourself. The real reason you feel unclear or stuck in decision-making. (Hint: It has nothing to do with needing more information.)How to truly release limiting emotions from your body instead of just recognizing them. This episode is your call to step out in faith—fully trusting yourself AND God to get the job done. 139. Permission to Be Misunderstood & How to Regulate Your Nervous System in the Process

Hello! Hello! This is Rachel Luna, and today, we’re diving into a real-time lesson straight from my own experience. Ever felt misunderstood to the point where you wanted to shut it all down—your business, your social media, maybe even your purpose? You’re not alone. This episode is all about nervous system regulation, giving yourself permission to be misunderstood, and how to keep showing up even when it feels like people are coming for you. I’ll walk you through how your brain processes rejection, why that one comment can feel like an attack, and—most importantly—how to not let it take you out of alignment with your mission. Why You Should Listen to This Episode:Feeling misunderstood can feel like rejection—but it’s not. Here’s what’s actually happening in your brain and body. The subtle ways your nervous system is trying to protect you—and how to work with it instead of shutting down. Why giving yourself permission to be misunderstood is essential to stepping into your next level. The sneaky ways we self-sabotage (scrolling, comfort eating, busy work) and what to do instead. This episode is your reminder: Stay on your post. Don’t let the enemy take you off assignment. You are safe. You are called. And you are fully equipped to handle whatever comes your way. Ep. 136: Why Wealth Feels Hard (and How to Make it Easy)

Have you ever felt like no matter how much you work or how much money you make, it never feels like enough? Like wealth is always just out of reach? Oh friend, I’ve been there. And today’s episode is going to change the game for you. Because here’s the truth: your financial reality has way less to do with how much you hustle and way more to do with your nervous system and identity. If that made you roll your eyes, thinking “Ugh, not this again! Just give me a strategy that works!”—I hear you. But let me hit you with some real talk: 🛑 A winning strategy in the hands of someone with a dysregulated nervous system is like giving a beautifully organized planner to someone too overwhelmed to open it. Without regulation, even the best money moves feel impossible to execute. And that’s why so many high-achievers struggle. They follow the plan, make the money, and then sabotage the success they thought they wanted. So today, we’re diving deep into: 🔥 Why wealth feels hard (and how to shift it) 🧠 The 3 biggest subconscious wealth blocks keeping you stuck 💸 How your brain, emotions, and even your faith impact your financial reality 🙏🏽 The Biblical truth about money that too many Christians get wrong 🔑 The practical steps to make wealth feel safe, easy, and normal in your life This isn’t just another mindset pep talk. We’re getting into the neuroscience, the nervous system shifts, and the biblical principles that actually move the needle. And if you’re ready to take this work even deeper, I’m opening the doors to Wired for Wealth—my transformational program designed to help you not just make more money, but hold, steward, and multiply it with ease. Hit play now, and let’s get you free from the patterns keeping you stuck. 🔗 Join Wired for Wealth → www.rachelluna.com/wired

    134. Checking In on You Following The U.S Presidential Inauguration

In this episode, I acknowledge the heavy and complex nature of the situation, following the inauguration of President Trump, here in the United States. To be clear - this is not a comprehensive political discussion, but rather an attempt to provide strategies and perspectives to help regulate our nervous systems and move forward with purpose. I emphasize the importance of recognizing that we are all energetic beings, and the thoughts and emotions we hold can be contagious. I encourage listeners to replace fearful and anxious thoughts with healing, faith-based perspectives, while acknowledging the validity of their feelings. I then provide three actionable steps to help listeners navigate this challenging time: Breathe - Take deep, intentional breaths to calm the mind and body, and follow the cadence and strategy I mention in the episode.Move - To your ability, release the pent-up emotions and energy, so that it doesn't get stored in the 3 major areas of the body I talk about in this episode.Decide - Reflect on the voice you want to be and the difference you want to make, then act accordingly. Recognize that we all have different roles to play, whether as activists, prayer warriors, or financial supporters. Please know that I love and am grateful for your listenership. Our entire community is in my prayers and I invite us all to move forward with unity, empathy, and a commitment to serving one another during this challenging time.
