Tree of Life is a Messianic Congregation in La Mesa, CA which is in San Diego County. As a Messianic Jewish congregation, we celebrate Messiah and the Judaism He represented, where the principles of Torah are observed from the heart and not merely from the head. Since we believe this is a Jewish faith for the entire world, we welcome everyone who seeks to better understand Messiah and connect with the Jewish roots of their faith. Yeshua said, “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all people.” At Tree of Life, we are a congregation with no second-class citizens!

Love learning from the Jewish perspective
I am a believer in the Holy Spirit and the direct word of God. I guess you would call it a spirit filled believer, but as going by the word of God directly I love learning more about the Jewish side of my faith and the Word directly through the eyes of a Rabbi. I believe as being grafted in we are to be followers of the Law and Prophets the same we are to be followers of Jesus. This podcast is awesome and definitely has a great message

Baruch HaShem for Rabbi Joel and his leadership team for this growing congregation and ministry. Spreading light and truth of Adonai and our Moshiach Yeshua. He speaks with confidence (from the Latin “with faith”), boldness and kindness. You will leave his sermons wishing it would go longer. G-d has blessed Rabbi Joel with wisdom and the gift of teaching.

Rabbi Joel is an awesome teacher of the Word! His understanding of the depth of scripture through a Jewish lens is what drew me to the Messianic movement. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in knowing the Messiah of Torah and of the New Testament—Jew and Gentile alike!
