How To Stop The Worry Cycle For Good
Stop The Worry Cycle - Do you worry or ruminate? Unfortunately, my brain turns on at 2 a.m., and I start thinking and worrying, which leads to not sleeping.

How To Stop Bitterness And Resentment
Bitterness and resentment can invade our lives, often stemming from past grievances, unmet expectations, and perceived unfairness. Imagine carrying a backpack filled with stones, each one representing a grudge, a disappointment, or a past injustice. With each step, the weight digs deeper, pulling you down, clouding your joy, and staining your relationships. This is what harboring bitterness and resentment can feel like a burdensome load. These feelings can undermine our happiness and disrupt our relationships if left unchecked. With all this negativity eating away at us, it's tough to let go, release these negative emotions, and move on. Great podcast I would like to see and introduction and maybe one or two ads in the middle . A little annoying to have long ads in the very beginning . That being said I’m hooked great advice . Absolutely dead on with people pleasing episode . I will be following this podcast from now on . Think maybe open up to your audience with questions … thanks for the education in so many topics !
Enjoy listening to Mike
Get a lot out of these podcasts. But the loudness of each podcast varies quite a bit from one to another. Some I have to have at full blast to hear (10), others can listen to lower (3). Thanks for sharing these with us
Inspiring!
Love this! Id been searching for a podcast to start my day. So many “inspirational” podcasts are based on “hustle culture” (“if you don’t make 10 new passive income streams a day you are a FAILURE and DUMB!”). Those podcasts are great at times, but I needed something that didn’t make me feel like a failure. This fits the bill. It’s well produced and narrated and makes me smile when I listen to it! As others have said, my only complaint is that there aren’t more episodes!
