Amanda is a one of kind unique personality that never fails to make me feel better about life, and about myself. She has tons of helpful things to say, and all while being fun and authentic, original and real. Love her sense of humor!!

I recently find your podcast searching through iTunes and heard you on “half size me” podcast and looked you up. I love your sense of humor and no nonsense attitude when it comes to healthy eating!

I have one tiny suggestion...please add an ending/sign off to your episodes! 😂 Maybe open it up to your IG followers and ask everyone what you should say! Haha.

Disappointed

I heard Amanda on Half Size Me, a podcast I love, so I subscribed to Amanda’s podcast. I listened to episode 454 hoping she offered great motivational message. But I was left very disappointed !

First, I noticed that she has a lot of commercials, something that doesn’t occur in the podcast I heard her on.

Next, she had Shay literally diagnose Amanda as having Covid even after the doctor told Amanda it’s not Covid she has.

And they were just so negative in their discussion and kept going back to Covid. NOT motivating at all!

One word Shay said in this episode )more than once) is one that I have no desire to hold onto- “hopeless.”

I could not listen to them any more and unsubscribed. I am back to Half Size Me because Heather is SUPER motivational!! unlike these two crazy, negative women!
