He argues that a lot of what is being sold as revolutionary AI automation is really just repackaged labor, exaggerated positioning, or solutions to problems most agencies do not actually have. Campaign setup, reporting, and data analysis are already easier than ever — especially with tools like Google Gemini — but that has never been the hard part. The hard part is scaling, making smart decisions under pressure, protecting client accounts, and applying judgment that AI still cannot reliably replicate.
