    Timing is everything

    I try my best to explain the importance of timing and priorities to make you a better server. I rambled a bit on this. So here it is in a nutshell. 1)focus on the basics, full drinks, hot food hits the table, process payment quickly. And 2) Never stand still waiting for drinks or food.
