I went from barely being able to run one mile, to now training for my first marathon. The thought of runnning has changed drastically for me. I no longer see it as a chore.     Post Run #8 - Career Happiness

    In this post-run episode, I explore a topic that I haven't shared before on this podcast. We are talking about career happiness and finding that "thing" that excites you as a person.  When going on these runs, my mind wanders and finds things to think about and work out in my head. This week has a lot to do with career happiness and taking the initiative to make those dreams come true.     We all track our workouts somehow. Whether Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, etc. But which one is the best to use? Which is the most accurate? I share my experience with the fitness trackers that I use in my time of running and have had to use multiple at once to get an accurate reading.
