Customer Reviews
Best PT podcast around!
You guys are awesome! I love your down-to-earth, no BS attitude towards all things fitness oriented. I listen to other reputable fitness and PT podcasts, but the delivery is often dry and very technical. You have a very entertaining and digestible way of explaining key elements of nutrition and training, and cutting through all the fads and hype. 👍👍
Solid Fitness Podcast
I am still new at lifting, but they talk on a level that I understand. Solid opinions and good advice for all experience levels. Relevant information. They throw in some funny stuff too. Very entertaining. Keep up the good work.
Good information presented in an engaging way
There are a lot of fitness podcasts out there, and very few are what I am looking for-either they are advocates of very specific training and dieting protocols, very technically worded or too basic. Push, pull legs podcast is not like that-there is good information presented in an engaging way, as well as plenty of discussion and humor. They are very actively involved in the online community too and will help you out whenever you need. Both guys are likeable and easy to listen to as well as being knowledgeable. Thank you!
