    As you may have noticed it has been a bit quite around here but for good reason. Your favorite podcast got picked up by Barbell Shrugged and is now part of the Shrugged Collective!!

I am a huge fan of Fisch and YaYa’s podcast. Very informative, motivating and hilarious! If I’m ever in California the first place I’m stopping is Chalk to thrown down some weights! Keep the episodes coming.
