Cycle syncing

Loving the cycle syncing content in the moon cycles episode, however, many people might have heard recently that the Flo app is not a safe place to input any personal/health information :/ please DO NOT use this app but rather find a different method of keeping track of your cycles. Unfortunately a lot of tracking apps sell our data but it seems Apple’s cycle tracker is relatively safer to use. Can’t wait for part two of how to optimize living in sync with our cycles!
