The news in LA just discovered the existence of an LA Sherriff’s gang/clic, Los Banditos, I think they called themselves. Angelenos of color need be worried.

This podcast’s reporter stitches together detailed research to look at officer involved shootings in LA. It is engrossing to listen to and as you listen, it reminds you why investigative journalism is so important in our society.

I don’t know about this podcast. I will never understand this weird mentality of decriminalizing criminals. At one point, one of the criminals said that he was only burglarizing a house, so he didn’t deserve to be shot at...well, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. And at the end of the day, the police officer deserves to be able to go home to his/her family, safe and sound.
