    Research Simplifed: Episode 2: Functional Training (Part 1)

    Today we discuss Functional Training, a somewhat new focus in the field of exercise science that is the product of many different concepts in exercise science and motor development. We take a brief look into the basic definition of Functional Training and some of the key concepts that are central to this much broader modality.
