Perfect for today’s world

This podcast—and the resilience movement—is so timely. Acquiring resilience is invaluable. As humans, I think we have it as part of our DNA, but society, culture, modern living, etc has trained us to rethink our fragility. By identifying one’s community, friends, and belief systems we will be able to tap into that survival instinct once again. Disclaimer—I’ve only listened to 4 episodes so far...
