How To Tune In & Love Your Body

In this episode, Meagan shares the heart behind her coaching programs, Abundant Body and Abundant Business, and what "abundance" really means in a world that constantly tells us to be less, less hungry, less visible, less ourselves. She unpacks how so much of traditional body messaging pushes the idea that being smaller, eating less, and running on empty is the price we pay to feel "good enough." Abundant Body flips that narrative on its head. It's about choosing a fuller, more expansive way of living in your body. One of the most powerful shifts she highlights? Simply being able to look in the mirror without tearing yourself apart. Just seeing yourself and thinking, "I have a body." That alone is progress. There's also a clear rejection of obsessing over numbers, weight, calories, step counts, clothing sizes. Instead, Meagan encourages listeners to let go of all that noise and come back to what actually matters: how you feel in your body and what you think about it, not anyone else. She also introduces her F*ck the Numbers Journal, a downloadable journal designed to help you stop letting arbitrary numbers, the scale, your step count, the size of your favorite jeans, rule your life. It's about creating space to live fully and confidently as the woman you're meant to be. It's a bold, no-apologies kind of episode about reclaiming ownership of your body, releasing the grip of numbers, and deciding that your experience matters more than outside opinions.     Connect & Resources  F*ck The Numbers Journal: https://thesetstudio.myflodesk.com/journal  Follow My NEW Instagram: @itsmeaganfitzgerald  Check out The Set Studio: @thesetstudionbpt Interested in Atmosphera Beauty? How To Handle When You're Not "Fine"

How to handle when you're not "fine" Host Meagan Fitzgerald, certified life coach, Pilates/Sculpt/Barre instructor, and studio owner, welcomes you back to the Resting Bliss Space Podcast. She shares a quick life and business update, including her shift to releasing episodes every other week as she navigates an exciting season of growth. Meagan kicks things off with a light pop culture moment, sharing her thoughts on the latest Summer House relationship buzz involving West Wilson and Amanda Batula, and, of course, her honest reaction. From there, she moves into the heart of the episode: a powerful lesson inspired by a real-life "momming" moment. After witnessing a mother repeatedly tell her nauseous daughter "you're fine," Meagan reflects on how often we unintentionally dismiss emotions, both in others and ourselves. She explores the importance of validating feelings, helping people (especially kids) feel seen and heard, and using grounding phrases like "I hear you" and "nothing has gone wrong." She then brings this lesson inward, encouraging listeners to notice their own tendencies to downplay stress, grief, sickness, or exhaustion. Instead of brushing things off, Meagan invites you to name what you're feeling and allow yourself to receive support. She shares a touching example of holding space for a client navigating deep family grief, highlighting how meaningful it is to simply be witnessed. To wrap up, Meagan gives a peek into what's ahead, launching a more coaching-focused Instagram for added privacy, expanding her coaching offerings, and partnering with skincare brand Atmosphera as part of a new social selling venture. Create Your Own Opportunities Part 2

Create Your Own Opportunities Part 2: Decide, Follow the Call, and Become Her Now Megan is back on the Resting Bliss Face podcast and kicking off part two of the conversation about creating your own opportunities. She starts by sharing how grateful she is for the incredible response to last week's episode and continues the conversation by diving deeper into what it really takes to step into the life you want. In this episode, Megan talks about why growth almost always requires some level of struggle, and why waiting for permission or validation from others can keep you stuck longer than you need to be. Instead of waiting to be chosen, she encourages listeners to start choosing themselves. She walks through practical steps to begin creating opportunities in your own life: First, decide you're ready, even if you don't fully feel ready yet. Often the decision comes before the confidence. Next, follow the call, that idea or pull that keeps coming back to you. If it keeps showing up, there's probably a reason. She also talks about creating opportunities instead of waiting for invitations, whether that means pitching yourself, reaching out, or taking small but intentional actions toward the life you want. Megan shares the power of borrowing belief from people who already see your potential, and why finding supportive communities and expanders can completely shift what feels possible. The episode also explores nervous system regulation and fear, explaining how fear doesn't always mean something is wrong, it can also mean you're stepping into something new and meaningful. Finally, she discusses the importance of making an identity shift: acting as if you already are the person you want to become. By looking back at previous moments of growth and transition, you can gather real evidence that you're capable of becoming that next version of yourself. Create Your Own Opportunities Part 1

Meagan is back behind the mic and reintroducing the Resting Bliss Face Podcast, sharing why she first launched it in 2019 as a fitness instructor and health coach with two little ones at home. Her goal then (and now) was simple: be a positive voice for women, remind them to take care of themselves, and help them expand what they believe is possible. Since those early episodes, life has grown in the best ways. Meagan welcomed a third baby and opened her own Pilates studio in her town, which just celebrated its two-year anniversary. In a world that often feels chaotic and loud, her mission remains the same: to hype you up, encourage you, and remind you that you're capable of more than you think. This episode centers around one powerful theme: creating opportunity instead of waiting for it. Meagan walks through her journey, from childhood dreams of working in Boston radio, to building a corporate career in mutual funds, landing a job at KISS 108, making the leap to New York radio, and choosing Equinox despite people warning her it was a "resume killer." That leap opened doors to roles at Rue La La and eventually being recruited by Yahoo. All the while, she was building her fitness career on the side, completing teacher training while working full-time, launching coaching programs, creating an on-demand platform during COVID (while pregnant and sick), and eventually opening her own studio after noticing a gap in her local community. She shares openly that she didn't have industry connections or family financial backing. What did she have? A willingness to bet on herself, over and over again. Setbacks weren't failures; they were lessons. Meagan also gives a few current updates: the studio is thriving, she's planning another retreat, teasing a new upcoming initiative, and has partnered with Atmosphera, a female-founded, climate-specific skincare company she genuinely loves. If you're curious, she invites you to reach out (no pressure at all) and mentions she'll include a link in the show notes!  She wraps up by sharing that she now has a team helping edit the podcast, with a goal of releasing episodes twice a month.
