Just listened to Transforming the power of grace podcast. This message gave me direction and insight into my heart. Put a name to how I’m feeling.

There are some ways this husband speaks about sex that we’re triggering to me as a betrayed spouse. I admire what they are trying to do here - but they are not professionals. If you’re in a really fragile place consider listening to others. Another thing that really bothered me, broke my heart and again triggered me all at once was when the wife was explaining that after betrayal she was in such a broken state that she dropped down to 100 something pounds, her hair was falling out creating bald spots and she has acne like crazy. The husbands response was that he didn’t even notice. Just, what? How? How do you not notice your wife deteriorating in front of you. A lot of this didn’t feel great to listen to. Maybe I was just unlucky and clicked on the wrong ones to start with - I’m not sure. Just beware if your heart is in a super fragile place.
