I call this my "emotional pod". MJC was recommended to me by a friend and I listened to the one with Dan Allender. Then I listened again. Then I did it again. Each time, I felt the Lord was teaching me something new and different, so I started listening to more and more. Now I subscribe and really enjoy these conversations. I'm a 9 so my inclination is to avoid hard topic and emotional conversations, but I love how MJC talks with knowledge and insight but on a level I can understand. My listening to this conversation, I feel it has helped me along my walk as well.

As I walk the journey of my healing as well as walk alongside the healing of my husband from lust addiction and my kids from the trauma of cross cultural adoption, I have found this podcast to be incredibly helpful. Michael’s wisdom as well as the wisdom of the guests he interviews is a gift— a free gift! What a blessing. I have listened to every episode, some of them multiple times, and continue to feel incredible gratitude for the work you do, Michael. It really matters! This is an awesome podcast. Michael is an amazing counselor and he brings in really good guests. I’ve also done his intensive, and as a pastor and church planter I couldn’t recommend it more, especially if you are leading the spiritual lives of others.
