Trauma-Informed Podcast

I’m loving this podcast! So many great conversations and tools for self-regulation related to shame + trauma. The episodes with Aundi Kolber were so eye-opening for me. Also, loved the 5-part shame series and HIGHLY recommend listening to the episode about the rhythm of iCARE.

Restoring the Soul

I subscribe to a number of podcasts and this is one of the best! I have been introduced to a number of fascinating individuals who have much to offer. The content has blessed and enriched me greatly and I am forever grateful! I am particularly enjoying the series, How Shame Fuels Addiction at present as there are so many resonant touchpoints there for me. I share episodes regularly with friends...
Thank you Michael and the entire RTS team!
