Amazing!

I've been following Meg for many years and she has been one of the most useful & helpful resources and biggest inspiration. I've learned so much from her and have fully recovered. This podcast is a gift to anyone looking to recover. Thank you all, for the work that you put into this and for sharing your stories.

Amazing

I found the podcast by typing in eating disorders in the search bar, and was so excited when I realized it was Meg!! Her YouTube has helped me so much and the podcast does not disappoint.

Changed my life

I’ve struggled with anorexia for 25 years and been in many treatments. I found Meg’s YouTube channel about 3 years ago and I can honestly say my recovery would have looked much different had this content been around when I was a teenager. Meg sharing her experience and watching her recover has been instrumental in my own steps in recovery. I am so happy she and Safia are sharing their content through another medium because it is truly life changing. Thank you both for this amazing resource!
