Very inspirational podcast

There’s Something for Everyone!

Okay, you just signed up for your first 5k/10k/half-marathon/ marathon.. and you’re kinda high key freaking out (well… that was me) I truly wish this podcast was around when I ran my first 5k. But, it’s here now and that’s what counts. I’m so thankful, I found this podcast to keep me motivated on my running journey. The RunStongRun podcast is absolutely a must follow for all runners, whether you just ran your first mile and your signing up for your first race or you’ve been running for ages and you just enjoy everything talking and breathing in the running world. There’s really something for everyone. Stephanie amplifies “all runners count” regardless of age, experience, sex, gender, style, size… whatever. You Run! You Count! She brings a voice for everyone to relate to in her podcast, including her own personal archive heart-felt stories as a runner. Guests from all walks of life ( no pun intended) will sure to keep you intrigued as they share their stories and experiences right here. So, much to learn and relate to.
