Mourning Call

S2 E3: Using Somatic Practices to Recalibrate and Move Through Grief

In this week's episode, Alyce and Crystal are joined by Bethany Anderson of Pranayama House.

Bethany speaks about her experience with yoga and sound bowl healing as a way that allowed her to move through grief.

When Bethany first began grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship and sense of herself, she found Yoga allowed her to truly release the feelings that felt trapped within her. And as she explored somatic practices, sound bowl healing became something she felt she need access to daily for her and her son.
