Boundaries for a fulfilled life😀

Rachel did a superb job explaining the importance of boundaries and the benefits brought to your life by engaging in this behavior. Having a “gut feeling “ and listening to that is crucial. She is not just knowledgeable with food but you as a whole person. Loved it
